Erica Ranade, SSP, NCSP, BCBA
Education and Training
After receiving her undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Michigan, Erica went on to get her masters in psychology from Illinois State and then her Specialist in School Psychology (SSP) certification. She completed her school-based internship in central Illinois before moving to the Washington DC area to work in private practice and school administration. Erica recently returned to her home state of Indiana to work in autism treatment before starting assessment work at BrainPower. Erica is an adjunct faculty member at Ball State University through the Department of Special Education's Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Program.
Awards and Certifications
Erica is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has her Bilingual Special Education Approval in Spanish and an Independent Practice Endorsement. Erica has made several presentations on the topics of behavioral skills training, functional assessment, reinforcement assessment, leadership diversity, naturalistic environment training, and imitation at local and national conferences.
