Approach to Therapy

"My goal with every client is to build a supportive and genuine relationship. I believe this is the root of the change process, and I want my clients to feel empowered to lead the direction of their own growth and journey. I aim to collaborate with the client and his or her family to develop healthy ways outside of the therapy room to sustain and build on healthy patterns and progress."
